Whether you’re a food truck enthusiast or just looking for unique ideas for a night out on the South Shore, you’re in for a treat this season thanks to a full week of dining options across different towns. The South Shore Food Truck Association (SSFTA) has organized a perfect schedule that allows food lovers to enjoy unique mobile dining experiences from Tuesday through Friday at various locations. This year's lineup features returning favorite locations alongside new venues.
Starting the week, Hanover hosts Food Truck Tuesdays at the Cardinal Cushing Center, running from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM. The following day, Braintree introduces its first-ever Food Truck Wednesday at Highlands Playground, offering the same convenient evening hours. Thursday brings the festivities to Kingston's Hilltop Athletic Association, where the event runs slightly later, until 8 PM, and features live music performances. The week rounds out with Weymouth's Food Truck Fridays at the Town Hall, running from 5 PM to 8 PM.

The 2025 season kicks off with Kingston being the first to open on April 17th, followed by Weymouth on May 2nd, Hanover on May 6th, and Braintree on May 7th. These events typically run through the warmer months, with Kingston extending until the end of September.
