The connection to Four Seas runs deep for the new owners, particularly for Lesley, who, as a Massachusetts native, grew up visiting the establishment during summer months. The statement reveals she introduced Josh to the ice cream shop 24 years ago when they began dating.
Addressing potential concerns about changes to this historic establishment, the new owners emphasized their commitment to maintaining Four Seas' legacy. "We want to assure everyone who loves Four Seas that we love it too, and we are devoted to preserving and sharing this history of great ice cream and great family memories," they stated in their Facebook post.
Four Seas Ice Cream has become known over the past nine decades for its unique flavors, even creating custom creations for local establishments and notable individuals.
