Frog Pond Spray Pool in Boston Announces Opening Day
Grab your sunblock, tell the kids to call their friends, and get ready for a day of free community fun that will help the entire family stay cool!
With summer officially kicking off and the days only getting hotter from here, the Boston Parks and Recreation Department has announced exciting news! The Boston Common Frog Pond spray pool will be reopening for the 2025 summer season in only a few days. According to the website of the City of Boston and Mayor Michelle Wu, the opening day of the Boston Common Frog Pond spray pool will be on Tuesday, June 24th, and will include a fun celebration that kicks off at 11 AM followed by the opening of the spray pool. The Frog Pond spray pool will then be open daily, weather permitting, from 11 AM to 6 PM until Labor Day. So grab your sunblock, tell the kids to call their friends, and get ready for a day of free community fun that will help the entire family stay cool!
