Creative New Gift Shop Opens in Taunton

The gift shop brings together the talents of over 20 local vendors under one roof, offering a diverse selection of handcrafted items.

A new addition to downtown Taunton's community opened its doors recently with the Trescott Street Gallery Gift Shoppe celebrating its grand opening at 8 Trescott Street. The ribbon-cutting ceremony, attended by local officials including Mayor O'Connell and representatives from the Downtown Taunton Foundation and Taunton Area Chamber of Commerce, marked the beginning of what promises to be an exciting venture for local artisans and shoppers alike.

The gift shop brings together the talents of over 20 local vendors under one roof, offering a diverse selection of handcrafted items. Visitors can browse through an array of unique merchandise including handmade jewelry, crocheted items, artisanal soaps, and collectible dolls, among other creative offerings.

The Trescott Street Gallery Gift Shoppe will be open regular hours Wednesday through Saturday, with extended hours on Fridays until 8 PM. The business has also announced special holiday shopping opportunities on December 22nd and 23rd from noon to 4 PM. Trescott Street Gallery & Gift Shoppe is a community Arts space showcasing visual & performance artists, events, classes, and a gift shop featuring local, hand-crafted items.
