"Rundown and up for sale in 1990, Phil Barrett and his wife Emily saw it as a great opportunity to employ local high school and college kids while also putting smiles on those same faces by serving some of the best-tasting ice cream on Cape Cod." They bought Twin Acres that year, and through their vision and hard work, transformed it into the cherished establishment we know today.
